Big Booty - Top 10 Exercises For A Well Round Butt

Every Girl wants her booty to look perfect like those sexy celebrities. Some think that they have too small/big, too saggy or too flabby.. and so on.. The Right diet and Right Exercise is the key for Perfect shaped booty. In this post, we will be sharing some good exercises for shaping the muscle tone of butt and thighs. So here are the top 10 exercises for getting booty in good shape.

Squats
It is the best way to tone the muscles of your hips, buttocks and thighs. It's a very effective way to shape your  booty, according to your desire.The More you do squating, the faster you are going to get results.

As you can see in the picture, its not very hard. All you have to do is to do this exercise 3-4 sets of 10-20 reps. You can do this with or without weight too. It's more recommended to use some weight for faster results.


Step Ups
This is one more a great and easy exercise that you can do for your buttock. All you have to do is, place 1 foot on a step or platform or stairs (if you dont have step) and push through the heel to lift the body up, so the weight gets on legs. This is simple and well effective for shaping the butt. If you like to increase the effectiveness of step ups, it's very recommended that you use dumbbells for faster results.

Lunges

 Lunges are great for thighs and hips. I totally recommend doing this. All you have to do is to, Stand on your feet with your shoulder-width apart, and then steps forward, with your heels  going down first. The knee must be at 90 degrees and right above the toes, not further. Taking a shorter step can add pressure on the knee, which is not very healthy for knees(might cause injuries). This  process is continued until the back of the knee is  close enough to touch the floor. After this, you should return to the starting postion by driving upward the front leg and back to position. Hip Exensions

This exercise targets the largest muscle in the body, that is the "gluteus maximus. The "squats' "lunges" and "step ups" are more popular than Hip Exension. All you have to do is, hold a dumbbell (if you have any) behind the knees or use the weights of ankle for adding more intensity. This isn't hard either, all you need is the desire to shape your booty.

Toe Tap

This is another wonderful exercise for a nice booty shape.  First of all, Lie on the ground with your Hands on your sides. Lift your legs (straight feet), bending both knees to 90 degrees so your thighs are perpendicular to the Ground. Slowly tap your left toes to the Ground, then your right, and so on.. This was another great way to shape your butt. This exercise is more effective for thighs and over all complete lower torso.

Cycling


Cycling is very healthy, as it helps you in blood circulation in the body. It targets almost all muscles in your thighs, hips and buttocks. Plus that, its great for your heart and other body parts. If you have some fat in your waist, or thighs, it's one of the best way to burn off all your fat and get slim and sexy big booties. A must thing for everyone.


Swimming

This isn't just for your buttocks, but also your overall body. Wouldn't it be weird to have well shaped buttock but rest of the body looking flabby, too skinny or different? That is the reason i have listed Swimming  in this list. It helps your complete body muscles to ge toned and helps a lot in building the stamina. Swimming is definitely the fun way to exercise.


Running/Walking

Simple yet effective. Running definitely helps you burn the fat as well as it helps the muscles in below torso to grow and get toned. A 30 min jog every morning just wont help you in getting well shaped booty but also stamina and will keep you fresh and active all day. If you cant run you can still walk and get benefit. A 140-lb person could burn around 300-340 calories an hour during a energetic walk. It will also help you reduce the stress and make your day active !




Kick boxing
 
Your controlled front kicks, roundhouses, side kicks and back kicks helps your hips, thighs and buttocks while other punching will help your abs. Not just as exercising, its great way to learn self defence. It will also help you tone your muscle in a way that you wont get much muscle reflects which can be really painful sometimes.

Sex
That's Right ! Sex is one of the best and fun way to have exercise. There are many sex positions which will help you in toning the shape of your booty. Other than shaping buttocks, it also burns lots of calories, helps you release the hormones, make you sleep better and etc etc.
